Chicago-based electronic duo Louis The Child are set to release their six-track EP Love Is Alive through Ultra Music on March 24. But in the meantime, while we wait patiently, the duo has shared their newest single “Phone Died” feat. blaise railey.

If you’re looking for a new summer anthem, this may be it. The groovy track quickly grabs your attention as soon as the first note is played. Railey’s rap vocals instantly comes in, and it’s game over. You are hooked. With the combination of Louis the Child’s lighthearted beats and blaise railey’s carefree bars, the track will have you nodding your head in satisfaction. The rapping layered on top of the singing background vocals compliments the happy, upbeat tone that is Louis the Child. In other words, the duo has done it again.

Their previously released single (and title track) “Love Is Alive,” has already hit #1 on The Hype Machine and has reached over 2.3 million streams on Spotify. If “Phone Died” and “Love Is Alive” is anything like the other four tracks, we are all here for it.The EP features the talents of several rising artists and meshes the boundaries between indie dance and pop. You can pre-order their EP on Ultra Music now.

If all of this is not enough, you can catch these two in one of 22 US cities on their spring tour. They are set to perform at major festivals around the world including EDC Japan and Spring Awakening.
