Asia sits at the great frontier of electronic dance music with a huge growing interest in the lifestyle, the artists and the festival scene. Japan, China, India and Korea have all jumped aboard the dance train. Now, Taiwan is hosting its first large-scale electronic adventure.

According to the event's Facebook page, Looptopia is a two-day festival 15 years in the making. It's named after its organizers, TheLOOP brand, which has been organizing parties in the Taiwan area since 2000. The lineup will feature more than 50 DJs across three stages, and headliners announced so far include Martin Garrix, Aly & Fila, GTA, Markus Schulz and more.

Loopoptia's logo is a peace symbol made from leafy tree branches, so we expect the beauty of nature to make a central appearance. It's going down April 8 and 9 in the heart of Taiwan's Yangmei District. Learn more and grab your tickets by visiting Looptopia online. Check the lineup as it has been announced so far below, and check Looptopia on Facebook for daily additions.
