Brooklyn Electronic Music Festival 2016 Announces Phase One Lineup
Brooklyn isn't even 70-square-miles of land, but it's one of the most influential cultural hubs in the world. The New York City borough is a trend-setter in fashion, art, music, film, comedy, food, and more, and anyone who has lived there five minutes will laud its accomplishments as if their own.
Of course Brooklyn has a cutting-edge electronic music festival, simply called the Brooklyn Electronic Music Festival, and the 9th-annual celebration, Nov. 4 through 12, wants to be the ballsiest yet.
The first phase lineup features performances from The Black Madonna, Amtrac, Danny Daze, Kerri Chandler, and more. As always, the fest offers hot underground names from across the country and the world alongside Brooklyn-bred originals.
The two weekends of music will anchor a week of nightly panel discussions, art installations, and other culturally-stimulating activities. Tickets are available here.
