A team of hackers using the Twitter handle @_OurMine_ hacked deadmau5's Soundcloud yesterday (May 23). On the relatively harmless end of the spectrum, the OurMine team left a message on deadmau5's Soundcloud page asking him to reach out for control of his account and reportedly uploaded a number of Selena Gomez tracks.

The situation quickly escalated after the team revealed the producer's old phone number and address in a handful of now-deleted tweets. Though the OurMine team threatened to leak nude photos of the DJ and use his credit card number, deadmau5 handled it calmly and restored his Soundcloud account. "If anyone should be pissed, it's the fans who use that site to listen to music," deadmau5 tweeted.
