Winter is taking an awful long time to eff off this year. Some parts of the country are still shivering in their rain boots. New Jersey is struggling to break the low 60s, but of course, no amount of rain clouds can stop the hype in Newark streets.

The Jersey club sound is all about putting pep in your step, and New Jersey native R3ll has some sunshine for you. His debut EP Directions was met with critical acclaim across the board and found its way into the sets of taste makers Diplo, Annie Mac, Cashmere Cat, and more. Now, R3ll returns with a fiery follow-up that's addictively catchy and impossible to listen to sitting down.

"The making of Visions was a lot of fun; fusing my style of Jersey Club with Alizzz's Electronica to make forceful, but also melodic dance music, designed to get people on the floor,” the producer says in an email. “Visions is all about having a good time and not obeying any rules or expectations. As the lead track, 'Visions' is the perfect introduction to where I’m taking Jersey Club music on my sophomore EP."

The single hits digital shelves via Dim Mak Records on Friday, May 6, but Billboard has the exclusive on it right here. It's a mere taste of what's to come on the final four piece presentation, but it's enough to whet your appetite. Bon appetit.
