Norway natives Ketil Jansen and Ulrik Denizou Lund -- better known as Lemaitre -- have dropped the new music video for "Closer," featuring Jennie A, premiering exclusively on Billboard.

"Closer" is the swing-inspired, trumpets-and-bass-heavy lead single from Lematire's 2016 1749 EP, named after the address of their home and studio (also Dr. Dre's former home). The band says 1749 "represents the journey we’ve made and the process of creating music in our home away from home. We live with our video director, manager and our friend Sebastian 'Coucheron,' who also makes music. We all moved together from Norway to chase the dream of making music and living in L.A. It’s kind of like the TV show Entourage except without all the money, ladies and fancy parties.”

With over 12 million streams to date -- which makes it their fastest rising single -- "Closer" marks a major shift in the duo's career. "It's very cool seeing the track doing pretty well -- we've always felt it had something special so it's fun seeing it grow exponentially now," they say. "We're really stoked about this new video for it as well which looks really great.”

The video -- which stars a child who transforms into a hulking wrestler when slighted, to the ruin of everyone and everything around him -- was directed by Casey & Ewan, the creative minds behind DJ Shadow's "Scale It Back" and The Human League's "Never Let Me Go."
