UPDATE: According to Yahoo News, an 18-year-old man was arrested and charged with assault occasioning bodily harm and trespass in connection with the attack. He is scheduled to appear in Perth Magistrate's Court on Wed., March 16.

This weekend’s Good Life Festival in Perth, Australia boasted headliners like A$AP Rocky, Jeremih and RL Grime, but unfortunately, that is not the first thing dance fans will remember. A highly disturbing video has been cycling through social media feeds of an 18-year-old attendee assaulting a security guard on the grounds of the festival.

The guard and another attendee are shown wrestling on the grass before the assailant kicks the guard directly in the head in the video. The security guard is shown limp on the ground immediately after.

“The safety of Good Life attendees and staff is our highest priority. Promoters do not condone violence of any kind, and take these issues extremely seriously,” said Good Life Festival’s promoters in a statement. “Following the incident on site, the security guard in question was immediately attended to by medical teams and taken to hospital by an on-site ambulance for assessment. He was discharged a few hours later. Good Life promoters will continue to monitor his well-being. The incident is being investigated by the Police.”
