Want something epic? Then Disclosure might have what you’re looking for.
The British electronic outfit has shared the video for "Holding On", the housey first single lifted from their forthcoming Caracal.
Disclosure, a sibling act of Guy and Howard Lawrence, has gone with a cinematic, futuristic experience for "Holding On," a six-minute long video which features Blade Runner-esque flying vehicles and the biggest blunt you’ve ever seen.
Shot in Mexico City, it’s the first in a series of four videos shot by Ryan Hope that will be unveiled in the coming months, according to the duo’s label, Capitol. What does it all mean? We’ll all just have to wait. Pieced together, the clips will create a short film, we’re told.
Caracal is slated for a Sept. 25 release, and will count the likes of Lion Babe, Nao and Kwabs and Sam Smith among its guest contributors. The talents of Grammy-winning Jazz vocalist Gregory Porter appear on "Holding On."
Disclosure have recently announced two upcoming U.S. concerts. The group is slated to perform at the Los Angeles Sports Arena on Sept. 29, followed by Madison Square Garden in New York on Oct. 24. The act is scheduled to play numerous European festivals through July. Watch "Holding On" below.
