The latest release from Diplo's label comes shrouded in secrecy.

While all lips are sealed as to HI-LO's specific identity, sources tell Billboard that the project is the alias of a well-known producer we've interviewed in the past with big festival bookings and multiple iTunes and Beatport hits to their name.

Packing a serious sub-bass punch following a frenetic filtered build, "Crank it Up" has already garnered support from the likes of Kaskade, DJ Snake, Oliver Heldens and Knife Party.

Listen to the full premiere of HI-LO's "Crank It Up" exclusively on Billboard:

"A specific thing I really like about the track is that contrast between the swinging sub-bass and that crazy bass warp," says HI-LO. "The track is heavy and has impact, but it still has a lot of funkiness."

HI-LO's "Crank it Up" is now available through Mad Decent, and can be purchased on iTunes.
