BTS’ youngest member, Jungkook, rang in his 22nd birthday on Sept. 1 in South Korea and shared some new music with fans via Twitter.

“Thank you for making me happy,” Jungkook wrote in a tweet featuring a picture of himself, shared shortly after August turned to September in South Korea. He then threaded a second tweet, featuring a short video that hinted to what appears to be a new song from him.

“This… please wait for it,” the newly 22-year-old wrote in Korean, sharing a brief snippet of an English-language song. The mellow, keyboard-based tune is fronted by Jungkook’s reflective lyrics, seemingly about his relationship with himself.

“When I see you smile on the screen, you're good at everything, you're just perfect/ Feels like I've never been you," he starts off the song, which clocks in at one minute and 19 seconds.

Along with his message of thanks and gift for his fans in the form of the brief song, Jungkook’s birthday was also full of well-wishes not only from BTS’ ARMY around the globe, who trended multiple hashtags to celebrate his special day, but also from the other members of BTS and Justin Bieber -- who Jungkook has mentioned in the past as one of his favorite singers and has frequently covered.

In the tweet, Bieber wished Jungkook a happy birthday, and also added a cryptic “they ain’t ready” with a smiley face, plus “now watch this tweet go crazy." (Bieber later tweeted a few photos that appear to be from the set of something, with his Drew House logo visible but without any indication as to what the pictures are from.)

Check out the tweets from BTS’ members to Jungkook below, through which they expressed their birthday wishes and even shared some unseen photos and videos.
