BTS' Jin, Jimin & Jungkook & Charli XCX Release 'Dream Glow' For 'BTS World' Mobile Game Soundtrack: Listen

We’re all living in a BTS World, and now there’s a soundtrack to it.

Ahead of the superstar septet’s upcoming BTS World game, BTS shared the first of several songs that will be featured in the mobile phone game today (June 7). “Dream Glow” features the vocals of BTS’ Jin, Jimin, and Jungkook, who are joined by Charli XCX. An ambient, creeping pop song, the track opens with the British popstar’s powerful vocals and opens up into a groovy, addicting tune about dreams.

The song follows the release of April's "Boy with Luv" featuring Halsey, the lead track off of the group's Billboard 200 chart-topping album Map of the Soul: Persona.

While it's the first time for BTS to work with Charli XCX, the singer-songwriter was recently credited as a songwriter on another K-pop track, TWICE's recently released "Girls Like Us" with Mnek, who co-wrote "Paradise" which appeared BTS on last year's Love Yourself: Tear album.

“Dream Glow” was produced by Norwegian songwriting team Stargate. It will be one of several tracks released by BTS in the lead up to the release of the free-to-download BTS World on June 25 (June 26 in South Korea). BTS World is a story-based game during which players will take on the role of the group’s manager and will interact with BTS’ members as they pursue the path of stardom.

Following the song’s release, the hashtag “Dream Glow Out Now” trended worldwide on Twitter for several hours.
