On Saturday (Sept. 21), Geena Davis stopped by the Broadway production of Beetlejuice for a trip down memory lane.
Clad in a maroon-and-white striped top, Davis posed backstage at the Winter Garden Theater grinning ear-to-ear with Broadway star Kerry Butler, who plays Barbara, the same role Davis originated in the 1988 film. Grinning ear-to-ear, Davis holds a prop version of the Handbook for the Recently Deceased used in the show as the Tony Award winner playfully looks on.
During her set visit, Davis also met with Alex Brightman, who plays the titular role made famous by Michael Keaton and Sophia Anne Caruso, who plays Lydia. The star even made an appearance on stage after the final curtain to surprise the audience.
