Sara Bareilles and Josh Groban attend the 73rd Annual Tony Awards at Radio City Music Hall on June 9, 2019 in New York City.

James Corden put a hilarious spin on the standout song “Michael in the Bathroom” from Broadway’s Be More Chill during the 2019 Tony Awards on Sunday (June 9).

Corden began the parody with a lament about how no one appreciates him as a Tonys host, and that they all probably wish Neil Patrick Harris would come back instead. A few other past Tony Awards hosts then joined him, as Josh Groban and Sara Bareilles emerged from their own bathroom stalls to sing along.

Finally, NPH made a mandatory appearance. The trio asked him if he was hiding in the bathroom because of insecurities, too, and his response was perfect: “Insecurities? No, I just had to use the bathroom.”

Be More Chill is up for best original score at the 2019 Tonys. Check out the full list of nominations here.
