ABBA’s fans better get ready for a party because Björn Ulvaeus is bringing Greece to London with his new Mamma Mia! experience. Opening in spring 2019, Ulvaeus announced on Sunday (Sept. 3) that the interactive dining experience, Mama Mia! The Party, is coming to London’s O2. The restaurant will be a recreation of a taverna on the island of Skopelos, where most of the first movie was shot, and will serve Mediterranean cuisine while hits from ABBA’s extensive catalog are performed.

Niko’s Tavern will consist of a courtyard with long tables to accommodate around 500 guests including plenty of extra film set-worthy features, recreating the movie’s beloved atmosphere, as actors and musicians play out the musical's plot and sing to the soundtrack.

A similar experience has been offered in Stockholm since 2016 and has been a massive success, completing three years of sold out shows. Tickets for the London location go on sale later this year, click here to sign up for priority access. The announcement comes on the heels of the success of the movie sequel Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again and the upcoming release of Cher's album of ABBA covers, Dancing Queen, due out Sept. 28.
