The 2020 Billboard Music Awards are Wednesday night (Oct. 14), when five chart-topping rap albums will compete to come out on top during the show.

Young ThugDaBabyJuice WRLD and Roddy Ricch all scored their first No. 1 albums on the Billboard 200 with their nominated projects for top rap album. Post Malone's sophomore set, Hollywood's Bleeding, had the second-biggest week of 2019 for any album, while "Billboard Baby" tied DaBaby for having the most Hot 100 hits (20) that year from his breakout debut project Kirk. Ricch also broke through last year with his Please Excuse Me for Being Antisocial debut LP, which spurred his instantaneous sensation "The Box" that stayed solid at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 for 11 weeks.

DaBaby, Juice WRLD, Malone and Ricch are also up for top rap artist.

The 2020 Billboard Music Awards will air Wednesday, Oct. 14, at 8 p.m. ET, live from Los Angeles' Dolby Theatre on NBC, with Kelly Clarkson returning for her third year as the evening's host. The 2020 Billboard Music Awards are produced by dick clark productions, which is owned by MRC Entertainment, the parent company of Billboard.
