Drake, Ed Sheeran, Cardi B, Camila Cabello, BTS and Ariana Grande are in the mix.
The 2018 Billboard Music Awards are less than a week away! The star-packed show will feature BTS, Camila Cabello, Kelly Clarkson, Ariana Grande, John Legend, Dua Lipa, Jennifer Lopez and Shawn Mendes take the stage from Las Vegas along with Macklemore and Kesha, Christina Aguilera featuring Demi Lovato and Salt-N-Pepa featuring En Vogue and Janet Jackson, who will receive this year’s ICON Award at the show and also take the stage for a highly anticipated performance of her greatest hits, her first performance on TV in 9 years.
In the meantime, you need to do your part and vote for two of this year's most hotly contested races.
Top Social Artist:
If you spend any time on social media, you're already extremely familiar with the five names nominated for top social artist at this year's BBMAs. Justin Bieber causes a frenzy with every Instagram photo, while Demi Lovato's bond with her fans strengthens with each inspirational post, and BTS are constantly proving that pop music on the Internet has no national borders. Meanwhile, fans are staying glued to Ariana Grande and Shawn Mendes' accounts 24 hours a day for updates on their latest projects. Vote for your most essential follow here!
Chart Achievement Award:
The nominees for this year's BBMAs chart achievement award include two of the biggest female breakout artists of the last 12 months -- Camila Cabello and Cardi B, both of whom scored their first No. 1s on the Billboard Hot 100 in the past year -- as are a couple male chart-topping regulars in Drake and Ed Sheeran. Finally, there's Sam Hunt, whose "Body Like a Back Road" broke the record for most weeks atop Billboard's Hot Country Songs listing last August. All five have had historic years, but only one can win -- so vote for your pick here!
The 2018 BBMAs will be broadcast live on May 20 at 8 p.m. ET and be hosted by Kelly Clarkson.
