Megan Thee Stallion Holds Back Tears After Winning Best New Artist at the 2021 Grammys

All hail the ultimate Hot Girl!

Megan Thee Stallion took home the best new artist Grammy at the 2021 ceremony on Sunday (March 14), presented to her by fellow Houstonian, Lizzo.

Upon hearing her name, a visibly stunned Megan took a second to compose her thoughts and remove her mask, but by the time she made it up to the stage, her eyes were welled up with tears.

"I don't want to cry," she choked through tears to the socially distant audience in downtown Los Angeles. "First of all, I want to say everybody is amazing, every artist that is nominated for this award is amazing, so shout out to all of y'all," she added, nodding her fellow nominees Ingrid Andress, Phoebe Bridgers, Chika, Noah Cyrus, D Smoke, Doja Cat and Kaytranada.

"It's been a hell of a year, but we made it!" the "Body" singer proclaimed.
