Ladies rule! That's basically the case for Finneas when it comes to the women in his life, the singer-songwriter joked when he sat down with Billboard News for our Grammys pre-show presented by Nike on Twitter Sunday (March 14).
While discussing how he chooses which projects to work on, the producer -- who is known for his award-winning collaborations with sister Billie Eilish -- told Billboard's Jordyn Rolling that if both his teen sister as well as girlfriend Claudia Sulewski like something, consider him on board.
"The artists they think are cool are the artists I want to work with -- I think just 'cause I want to impress my girlfriend and impress my sister," explained the artist, who -- along with Eilish -- won best song written for visual media for their James Bond tune "No Time to Die" during the Grammys Premiere Ceremony earlier in the day. When Rolling applauded the female influence in his life, Finneas laughed: "It's not influence: It's complete control! It's a complete ruling of my life in the best way. It's self-inflicted; they're just super important to me. That's the North Star in my life."
