The 2021 Grammy Awards are this Sunday, and Billboard wants to know who you hope Grammy voters have picked for best new artist.

Doja Cat and Megan Thee Stallion made Billboard Hot 100 history with Nicki Minaj and this year's leading nominee Beyoncé in May when the former's "Say So" remix featuring Minaj and the latter's "Savage" remix featuring Beyoncé marked the first time four black female solo artists occupied the chart's top two rungs.

The category also marks an impressive feat for queer artists, as three of the eight nominees -- Chika, Kaytranada and Phoebe Bridgers -- identify as LGBTQ.

Noah Cyrus told Billboard about the moment she found out she was nominated in the top category. "I’ve watched the show since I was a little girl and I’ve idolized the show since I was a little girl," she said. "I’ve always known the importance, the weight and the honor that it holds to be nominated for or to receive a Grammy. This is something I’ve talked about since the day that I started as an artist. I remember being 15 in my manager’s office talking about the Grammys and everybody being like, 'That’s so far away.'"

So who do you hope takes home the Grammy Award for best new artist? Vote below!

The 63rd annual Grammy Awards will air live on Sunday (March 14) at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT on CBSParamount+ and Grammy.com. Online viewers can also stream CBS with free trials on fuboTV and Sling TV. (Billboard may receive affiliate commission through links on our site.)
