Dan + Shay perform for the 55th Academy of Country Music Awards.

Country pop duo Dan + Shay stayed up late at Sunday's American Music Awards (Nov. 22) to make sure they gave the audience a new performance of their track "I Should Probably Go to Bed"

With Dan striking it out on the piano, and Shay taking center stage, the pair opted not to give a massive, blockbuster performance, instead keeping the focus on their vocals. "I should probably go to bed/ I should probably turn off my phone," the two crooned. "I should quit while I'm ahead/ I should probably leave you alone."

Dan + Shay weren't just at the 2020 AMAs for their performance — the duo were nominated for 3 awards at Sunday's ceremony, including favorite country duo or group, favorite country song and collaboration of the year for their single "10,000 Hours" featuring Justin Bieber.
