Usher and FKA Twigs perform onstage during the 62nd Annual Grammy Awards at Staples Center on Jan. 26, 2020 in Los Angeles.

Ahead of Let's Go Crazy: The Grammy Salute to Prince, Usher hit the 2020 Grammys stage on Sunday (Jan. 26) to perform a medley of Prince classics with a feathery, fantastic assist from FKA Twigs.

Opening with "Little Red Corvette," Usher – wearing a spangly blue-green suit – was all impassioned intensity. As the muscular band segued into "When Doves Cry," FKA Twigs took the stage, performing an elegant pole dance during the sobbing synths of doves crying during the breakdown.

As Ush began busting out his inimitable moves during a joyous run-through of "Kiss," FKA moved over to Usher to dance on and around him, sporting a white, feathery boa. The band worked itself up to a funky frenzy as Usher hit those screamy falsettos at the end of the song, reminding the audience just how much of an impact Prince had on the next generation – and how sorely he's still missed.

The Grammys salute to Prince airs Tuesday (Jan. 28) on CBS.
