Watch BTS Reveal Who They Want to Collaborate With Next on Grammys Red Carpet

The K-pop group also confirmed a new collab with Lauv is due in March.

Ariana Grande and BTS nearly broke the internet with their pic together backstage at Grammy rehearsals, and now the K-pop superstars are looking to break records with Ms. Grande herself.

"We always want to collaborate with Ariana, she’s the one right now and she’s the best," RM told Billboard on the Grammys red carpet, reiterating later in the interview, "Please collaborate with us, Ari!"

RM also detailed exactly how their pre-Grammys run-in went down: "She was practicing next to our studio, and she said she wanted to see our rehearsals. We saw hers and she saw ours, that’s how it happened."

Later, RM shared that the group has reunited with Lauv for a new collab. “Actually, we did one with Lauv and it’s gonna be released in March, and it’s really great. I heard it, and it’s really great," he said.

The guys also shared what the ARMY can expect from their forthcoming album, Map of the Soul: 7, which arrives Feb. 21. "We prepared so many songs and you can hear so many music, waiting please," Jin said, pointing to the camera. RM was quick to add, "It’s going to be harder than before."

BTS also shared their goals for 2020, which of course includes Map of the Soul: 7 and their subsequent tour, but their biggest hope for the year involves the Grammys. "If we would be nominated here at the Grammys," RM said, "it would be the greatest goal."
