CMA Hosts Carrie Underwood, Reba McEntire & Dolly Parton Will Lead All-Star Female Medley to Open the Awards

Opening number will include Crystal Gayle, The Highwomen, Martina McBride & more, while Kelsea Ballerini will be joined by Lindsay Ell, Maddie & Tae, Ashley McBryde, Carly Pearce & Runaway June.

The upcoming CMA Awards on Nov. 13 will highlight the women of country music. As part of the celebration, an all-star lineup of female collaborations has been announced for the 53rd annual CMA Awards, broadcast live from Nashville's Bridgestone Arena on ABC.

Co-hosts Carrie Underwood, Reba McEntire and Dolly Parton will lead the opening medley, which will include Terri Clark, Sara Evans, Crystal Gayle, The Highwomen, Martina McBride, Jennifer Nettles, Tanya Tucker and Gretchen Wilson. Each singer will perform classic country songs for a decades-spanning medley.

An additional performance from Kelsea Ballerini will also be featured during the evening. The singer will be joined by Lindsay Ell, Maddie & Tae, Ashley McBryde, Carly Pearce and Runaway June for a special performance of a CMA song of the year and CMA single of the year featuring Little Big Town.

Previously announced performances at the upcoming CMA Awards include Dierks Bentley with Sheryl Crow, Chris Janson and John Osborne, Brooks & Dunn with Brothers Osborne, Garth Brooks with Blake Shelton, Eric Church, Luke Combs, Dan + Shay, Lady Antebellum and Halsey, Miranda Lambert, Reba McEntire, Maren Morris, Kacey Musgraves with Willie Nelson, Old Dominion, Parton with for KING & COUNTRY and Zach Williams, P!NK and Chris Stapleton, Blake Shelton, Thomas Rhett and Keith Urban.
