Tony Awards Returning to Radio City: See the 2020 Broadcast Date

The 74th annual Tony Awards are set to return on Sunday, June 7, 2020, as it was announced on Thursday (Sept. 19).

The broadcast will return to Radio City Music Hall in New York City.

Nominations for the 2020 Tony Awards are set to be announced on April 28, with the eligibility deadline for the 2019-2020 Broadway season scheduled for five days prior on April 23.

While James Corden, Sara Bareilles and Josh Groban have served as hosts for the past two ceremonies, this year’s host and performers are expected to be announced in the coming months. 

The 74th annual Tony Awards will air June 7, 2020 at 8:00 p.m. ET/delayed PT on CBS.
