Life-goal BFFs Taylor Swift and Todrick Hall shared a cute moment before their “You Need to Calm down” video won video for good at the 2019 MTV VMAs.

Billboard was on site at the Prudential Center in Newark, N.J., and before Queer Eye MVP Jonathan Van Ness came on stage, Hall was spotted throwing his arm around Swift -- just before her win -- and squeezing her shoulder.

After the win, Taylor and Todrick (rocking an incredible pink weave) returned to their seats and vociferous congrats from her Stonewall pal Jesse Tyler Ferguson.

When things settled down, Missy Elliott turned the volume back up. As she ran through a career spanning hit parade, the crowd freaked out -- but no one more than Todrick, who clearly knew every damn beat.

Taylor and Bebe Rexha also had a long chat off camera, talking intently in between Swift boogieing to the live performances.
