Cardi B, Lil Nas X, Migos, DJ Khaled and More to Perform at BET Awards: Exclusive

Cardi B, Lil Nas X, Billy Ray Cyrus, DJ Khaled and Migos are among the first wave of performers set for the 2019 BET Awards. The 19th annual ceremony, hosted by actress Regina Hall, will air live on June 23 from the Microsoft Theatre in Los Angeles.

Also slated to perform are H.E.R., Lizzo, Mustard, Lil Baby, Yung Miami, Lucky Daye and Kiana Ledé. Announced concurrently as presenters thus far are Taraji P. Henson, Lena Waithe, Morris Chestnut, Yara Shahidi and Marsai Martin.

As reported earlier, Cardi B leads the list of BET Awards nominees with seven nominations, followed by Drake with five. Tied at four nominations each are Beyoncé, Travis Scott and J. Cole, while Bruno Mars, 21 Savage, Childish Gambino, H.E.R. and Ella Mai weigh in with three nods.

BET executive vp/head of programming Connie Orlando will executive produce the awards show together with Jesse Collins Entertainment CEO Jesse Collins.

Airing at 8 p.m. ET on June 23, BET Awards 2019 will simulcast live across seven Viacom networks, including BET, BET HER, MTV, MTV 2, MTV Classic, VH1 and Logo.
