DMX’s Posthumous Album ‘Exodus’ Is Here: Stream It Now

DMX is sadly gone, but he’s not forgotten.

The late rapper passed away last month, triggering an outpouring of grief among fans and the global hip-hop community.

He left behind more than memories. At the stroke of midnight, Def Jam Recordings shared the posthumous DMX album Exodus, featuring assists from Jay-ZNasBonoAlicia KeysLil WayneSnoop Dogg and Moneybagg Yo, among others.

DMX’s longtime friend Swizz Beatz is executive producer for the 13-track project, which includes the previously released "Hood Blues" featuring Benny the Butcher alongside his cousins, brothers Conway the Machine and Westside Gunn.

DMX, born Earl Simmons, died on April 9 after experiencing a heart attack triggered by a drug overdose. He was 50. The rapper last released an album in 2012, titled Undisputed.
