Livestreams & Virtual Concerts to Watch: Week of April 19

This week's livestreams are lit! Multiple artists will be celebrating 4/20, with additional shows set for Earth Day on April 22.

Among the big names on Tuesday are Redman and Method Man, who are facing off for a special "How High" Verzuz battle. And of course, Snoop Dogg has a special show planned, during which he'll debut his new album. Cypress Hill will also be marking the day with a live show, and they'll be performing some of their greatest hits, as well as hosting a "smoke sesh."

On Earth Day, The Who's The Who Sell Out documentary is streaming for free, while Cher's passion project Cher & The Loneliest Elephant begins streaming on Paramount+.

April 24: The Kid LAROI, Jimmy Barnes, Dean Lewis, Amy Shark, Tina Arena, Vance Joy, Lime Cordiale, Tash Sultana and more will perform for the second Music From The Home Front, live from Melbourne’s Sidney Myer Music Bowl. The live stream will be hosted on YouTube from 5.30am ET (7.30pm local time) and aired in Australia on Channel 9 and its digital channel 9Now.

April 20: Redman battles Method Man in Verzuz's "How High" hip-hop special. The show kicks off at 8 p.m. ET on Verzuz's Instagram account, and via the Triller app.

Of course Snoop Dogg has an event scheduled for 4/20! The rapper will be hosting Weedmaps' "Even Higher Together," where he'll also be debuting his new album From Tha Streets 2 Tha Suites. A$AP Rocky and Jhene Aiko are co-headlining, and special guests are expected to make appearances. The free event begins at 4 p.m. ET on Weedmaps.

Cypress Hill is celebrating 4/20 with a livestream show of their greatest hits from L.A.'s The Roxy. They'll also be hosting a "smoke sesh" before the concert kicks off. The sesh begins at 7:20 p.m. ET, with the music beginning at 8 p.m. ET; tickets start at $17.50.

Flying Lotus is headlining the 4/20 celebration Glass House Fest. The free show begins at 10 p.m. ET.

Rhett Miller is performing live from his home in New York's Hudson Valley. The show begins at 9 p.m. ET and is pay what you can.

April 21: Iggy Pop is celebrating is 74th birthday with a livestream of his sold-out 2019 shows held at Australia's Sydney Opera House. There will be five different streams, including two for U.S. fans that start at 8 p.m. ET/PT. Tickets are $15.

Tame Impala is playing debut album Innerspeaker from beginning to end in a livestream concert from Australia's Wave House, where Kevin Parker recorded the release a decade ago. The show begins at 9 p.m. ET; tickets are $10 plus a service fee.

April 22: The Who's livestream premiere of their Classic Albums documentary The Who Sell Out comes to The free event begins at 9 p.m. ET.

Trippie Redd is offering fans a virtual concert experience in which he'll perform songs from Neon Shark vs Pegasus for the first time. The show begins at 9 p.m. ET; tickets start at $15.

Cher & The Loneliest Elephant gets an early premiere date to mark Earth Day. The documentary will be available to stream on Paramount+. It officially launches on the Smithsonian Channel May 19.

Celebrate Earth Day with Jauz and Haliene for a charity livestream benefiting the non-profit Beneath the Waves. The event begins at 3 p.m. ET and will be hosted on Monstercat's Twitch channel.

April 23: Def Jam Forward is hosting a DJ livestream event called #YouAreNotAlone to benefit Asian Americans Advancing Justice. The stream will feature DJ sets from Noodz, Bella Fiasco, DJ E-Man, and many others. Hosted by Headliner Music Club with Pandora, SiriusXM and Stitcher, the stream begins at 1 p.m. ET and ends at 2 a.m. ET. on Headliner Music Club's Twitch channel.

Walk Off the Earth is performing a global livestream from Toronto's Danforth Music Hall. There will be two shows: one at 3 p.m. ET, the second at 9 p.m. ET. Tickets are about $13.

Taylor Bennett, Chance the Rapper's brother, is performing his own hits and new songs live from Chicago. The show begins at 9 p.m. ET; tickets start at $15.

April 24: The Mick Fleetwood & Friends Celebrate the Music of Peter Green and the Early Years of Fleetwood Mac concert -- featuring Noel Gallagher, Christine McVie, Steven Tyler and many others -- is premiering via for ticketholders who originally planned to attend the formerly in-person screening. The concert was filmed Feb. 25, 2020, at the London Palladium. The show begins at 3 p.m. ET; tickets are $19.99.

Korn is delivering a global immersive concert experience called “Korn: Monumental,” with a performance highlighted by deep cuts from their catalog. The show kicks off at 4 p.m. ET; tickets start at $20

ARIZONA performs live from Lakehouse Studios in Asbury Park, N.J. The show begins at 9 p.m. ET; tickets start at $20.
