Shia LaBeouf’s attorney, Shawn Holley, filed an answer last week (Feb. 5) to FKA Twigs' lawsuit, denying assault allegations.
The filing, received by Billboard, is routine in civil litigation, and states that the Disturbia actor (the defendant) "denies, generally and specifically, each and every allegation" made by FKA Twigs (the plaintiff). The document also "denies that Plaintiff has sustained any injury or loss by reason of any act or omission on the part of Defendant, and denies that Plaintiff is entitled to any relief or damages whatsoever."
The answer noted that the singer-songwriter's sexual battery claims are “barred in whole or in part because none of the acts alleged were based on sex and/or the conduct was not sexual.”
