Carrie Underwood got into the spirit of giving this Christmas like never before.

The country star released her first holiday album, My Gift, which went straight to No. 1 on Billboard's Top Country Albums chart in October. And she’s just launched a Christmas TV special, which is now streaming on HBO Max.

The Gift features eight holiday classics, including "O Holy Night" which she performed Thursday night (Dec. 3) during her appearance on The Tonight Show.

Performing with a string quartet and a pianist, Underwood showcased her rare gifts. Watch below

The Nashville great also sat for a chat with host Jimmy Fallon, discussing how the album project has soaked up most of 2020. “This year has been a little bit different," she explained. “It do feel like I’ve been living Christmas all year long.” Living in Christmasland, she explained, was much better than living in 2020 itself.
