As votes continue to be counted in crucial states like Pennsylvania, Michigan, Georgia and North Carolina in a tight race for the presidency, Donald Trump has taken it upon himself to "claim" those states ahead of official results... because, you know, that's how a democracy works.

In another effort to skew the voting process, Trump tweeted on Wednesday afternoon (Nov. 4), "We have claimed, for Electoral Vote purposes, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (which won’t allow legal observers) the State of Georgia, and the State of North Carolina, each one of which has a BIG Trump lead. Additionally, we hereby claim the State of Michigan if, in fact, .....there was a large number of secretly dumped ballots as has been widely reported!"

The tweet was flagged by Twitter, with a note that reads, "Some or all of the content shared in this Tweet is disputed and might be misleading about an election or other civil process."

Outspoken Trump troller, John Legend, took the opportunity to poke some fun at the President, replying to the tweet and calling on his followers to "claim things we don’t have any right to."

"What y’all got," he asked, before adding the condition that participants must add the word "hereby" to make it "legally binding."

Hilarious replies flooded in, claiming everything from the EGOT member's numerous awards to comfortable bras and Tom Hardy.
