Paris Jackson’s life has been nothing short of a rollercoaster. Now, she lets it all out in "Let Down,” her debut solo song.

“Let Down” will appear on the 22-year-old’s first solo album, which she started work on while processing a painful breakup.

Speaking to the Associated Press, she describes a broken heart as living with an “aching in your chest,” a pain she converted to song. On it, she sings: “You were my all/And now I fall to the ground.”

The alternative folk song -- her words – is one of 11 songs set for the album Wilted, due out Nov. 13.

The model and artist is, of course, the daughter of the late King of Pop, Michael Jackson. “I found so much healing through creating this,” she says of the forthcoming LP. “And there are moments where I’ll listen back to certain songs and I’m like, ‘Wow I was so naïve.’ But for the most part, it’s just like so much gratitude and joy that I get from listening to these songs and just seeing the development and the evolution.”

Jackson premiered the track at midnight on YouTube, then dropped its gothic music video.
