Billie Joe Armstrong of Green Day performed an acoustic rendition of the group’s 2004 hit “Boulevard of Broken Dreams” for Fox’s iHeart Living Room Concert for America on Sunday (March 29).

“Hope you don’t mind if my dogs are here,” Armstrong joked before launching into the true self-isolation anthem. Performing solo from his home in a leather jacket and patterned shirt, the rocker hit every note perfectly.

"I figure if we have to spend this time in isolation at least we can be alone together," he also recently tweeted.

Backstreet Boys, Billie Eilish, Alicia Keys and more also performed during the Concert for America, alongside video messages from host Elton John, Lady Gaga, Ryan Seacrest and more celebs. The concert is raising funds for Feeding America and other charities supporting victims of the coronavirus crisis.
