In these difficult times, we all need heroes. Superheroes. Wonder Woman is just the ticket.

Gal Gadot, star of D.C. Comics’ Wonder Woman, temporarily lifted the boredom of self-quarantine by assembling a cast of Hollywood heavyweights and stars of the music world for a singalong to John Lennon’s “Imagine.”

The Israel-born movie star has been cooped-up for six days, and counting, as the coronavirus spreads the globe. “These past few days got me feeling a bit philosophical,” she explains in an Instagram post. "You know this virus has affected the entire world, everyone. It doesn’t matter who you are, where you’re from. We’re all in this together."

Inspired by footage from Italy, where locals are keeping themselves and others entertained by singing and playing instruments from their apartments to empty streets below, Gadot got her famous friends to jump on Lennon’s classic.

It’s a mind-boggling cast which includes Sia, Will Ferrell, Sarah Silverman, Amy Adams, Zoe Kravitz, MCU stars Mark Ruffalo and Natalie Portman and the original Wonder Woman, Lynda Carter.

Gadot signs off, “We are in this together, we will get through it together. Let’s imagine together. Sing with us. All love to you, from me and my dear friends.”
