Lizzo arrives at the 51st NAACP Image Awards at the Pasadena Civic Auditorium on Feb. 22, 2020, in Pasadena, Calif.

The rapid spread and mass media coverage of the coronavirus has sparked anxiety worldwide, as people try their best to stay calm and safe amid a worsening pandemic.

But don't worry too much, because Lizzo is here to ease your mind. The songstress took to Instagram on Thursday (March 12) not only to upload a stunning selfie cooly sipping on a La Croix, but also to announce a live Instagram meditation.

"Goin live tomorrow morning to do a mass meditation, we need healing from fear during this global crisis," she wrote. "If you with me join me with a high vibration and any sanitizer you got."

The United States currently has more than 1,000 confirmed cases of coronavirus, with more than 30 deaths.
