Pusha T has finally responded to questions from fans wondering why his "Hunting Season" collab with Jadakiss was removed from Tidal.

In an Instagram post uploaded on Friday (Feb. 21), the rapper implied that the song--which boasts lyrics like "You better have your shotgun loaded" and "When I think of all these rappers, it's hunting season--was taken down out of respect for Pop Smoke. The late 20-year-old rising star was killed on Feb. 19 of a gunshot wound to the torso.

"'Hunting Season' was a request that IcePick Jay (RIP) always had and in light of his death, me and Kiss made an incredible song," Pusha wrote. "With that being said, the whole concept of 'Hunting Season' and the hypothetical ideas of 'killing rappers' isn't sitting [well] with me while mourning [the] death of Pop Smoke. Rest in Peace POP and condolences to his family."

The song was set as the third single off Jadakiss' upcoming Ignatius. See Pusha's statement below.
