Twenty One Pilots' Tyler Joseph got a sweet surprise from Jack White, and he took to Twitter to document the special gift.

He tweeted that the White Stripes frontman sent him "some guitar pedals and a selection of vinyls" from White's label, Third Man Records, along with a note that "encouraged me to stay inspired."

"one of the cooler things to happen to me through music," Tyler concluded.

Not only is Tyler a fan of White, but White is a fan of Twenty One Pilots. In a 2019 interview with Rolling Stone, the rocker praised their "really great songwriting."

“I love what they’re doing," he continued. "First time I saw them was on Saturday Night Live. And I thought ‘Oh, that’s really great. Another really cool two-piece band that can do something really powerful.’ I liked what they were doing, playing piano and bass, that guy, the lead singer. And it was strong."
