Here's Why Kim Kardashian Photoshopped North West Into Her Family Christmas Card

Kim Kardashian West knows the stress of the holidays, so she had to make some compromises to make things run a bit smoother.

The media mogul took to Twitter last week to unveil her family Christmas card, featuring just her and husband Kanye West with their four children--sans the rest of the KarJenner clan. On first glance, the scene seems perfect, with all the toddlers smiling at the camera. But that actually wasn't the case.

“North was having a day, so she refused to be in the shoot. She just was crying because she wanted her specific hairstyle, whatever," Kardashian revealed on Ellen.

"I said, ‘Fine you’re not going to be in the card. That’s the decision, you’re not going to be in the card. I’m just going to take the family card without you,’" she continued. "And she was fine with that. The next day she woke up and was like ‘Mommy, I really want to do a card.’"

So, the reality TV star had her own photoshoot with her eldest daughter, and the photographer kindly Photoshopped the six-year-old into the family's festive snap. The result is North's completely unnoticable absence from the original photo.
