Beyoncé opened up for a rare Q&A with fans as part of covering Elle's January issue, which dropped online Monday (Dec. 9) and hits stands on Dec. 17. She answered an array of questions from Facebook that touched on her IVY PARK x Adidas line, squashed pregnancy rumors, revealed her go-to karoake song, and more.
The athleisure brand's heavily anticipated debut collection will finally release on Jan. 18. "It incorporates my personal style and expands that to include something for everyone," she said. "I love experimenting with fashion, mixing high and low, sportswear with couture, even masculine and feminine. This new line is fun and lends itself to creativity, the ultimate power."
Even when she's snubbed by award committees, Beyoncé has found a new measure of defining success when it comes to her career. "Success looks different to me now," Bey explained. "I learned that all pain and loss is in fact a gift. Having miscarriages taught me that I had to mother myself before I could be a mother to someone else. Then I had Blue, and the quest for my purpose became so much deeper. I died and was reborn in my relationship, and the quest for self became even stronger."
