Remy Ma's misdemeanor assault charges over an alleged altercation with Love & Hip Hop’s Brittney Taylor have been dropped, according to TMZ.

Back in April, Taylor accused the rapper of assault during an interview with the New York Daily News. The incident allegedly happened backstage at a Pretty Lou’s Benefit Concert at NYC's Irving Plaza. According to TMZ, judges dismissed the case, as there was no surveillance video of the alleged punch, and no witnesses.

Remy was arrested in May and initially charged with two counts of assault, one count of aggravated harassment and another of harassment in the second degree.
