Ciara, Billy Porter & Lucy Hale to Join Ryan Seacrest as Hosts For 'Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve'

dick clark productions and ABC announced on Tuesday (Nov. 26) that Ciara, Lucy Hale and Billy Porter will serve as hosts alongside Ryan Seacrest for Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve.   

Hale, who previously hosted the New Orleans festivities, will join Seacrest in Times Square. Porter will be taking over Hale's spot in New Orleans and Ciara will return for her third year as the Los Angeles host.

“As we ring in a new decade and my 15th year hosting the show, I’m so excited to welcome the talented Lucy Hale to the stage with me,” said Seacrest in a press statement. “It’s going to be a powerhouse year with Billy and Ciara and we can’t wait to celebrate with everyone!”

The festivities begin on Dec. 31 at 8 p.m. ET on ABC, followed by 5 and a half hours of performances and reports from around the world. Each host will lead their time zone into 2020.
