Update: "Don't Start Now" will drop on Friday (Nov. 1), according to a new release. “I chose to put this song out first so I could close one chapter of my life and start another,” Dua Lipa said in a statement. “Into a new era with a new sound! It’s about moving on and not allowing anyone to get in the way of that. It also felt like a natural first song choice as I made it with the brilliant same crew I made ‘New Rules’ with.”

Dua Lipa has already announced she’s entering “a new era” of her music, but “Don’t Start Now” if you’re getting impatient for her new album to drop. She revealed the title of her upcoming single, which she shared a 10-second snippet of on her recently wiped-out Twitter.

She teased, “Miss me?” for the caption of the singular post on her account this morning. The video shows off a blonde Lipa clad in a sexy yellow bodysuit, black tights and black stilettos as she lays across a circular black chair in different positions.

The disco-tinged track doesn’t skip a beat in its electric gusto. Fans have been left flabbergasted by the snippet, as it’s been a little over two years since she released her self-titled debut album. #DL2 couldn’t come any sooner.

Lipa then tweeted another 20-second snippet of "Don't Start Now" on Wednesday (Oct. 23), and shared that the song is "coming soon."
