Mary Wilson returned to TV with her debut on ABC’s Dancing With the Stars on Monday night for the show’s season 28 premiere. She and her partner, DWTS professional Brandon Armstrong, performed the foxtrot to one of her many No. 1 hits with The Supremes, “Baby Love.”

Wilson uncloaked herself in the beginning of the performance, revealing an embellished white dress that sparkled across the stage as Armstrong twirled her around. The 75-year-old superstar graced viewers with a fluid performance, spicing things up when she kicked her legs high.

When Billboard caught up with Wilson ahead of the premiere to discuss her new book Supreme Glamour, she talked about how DWTS will allow a mainstream audience to check in with her again. "I am so thrilled because this is another area for me. It's almost like people think of me coming back. But I'm not really coming back, I've been doing the same thing for years. This is the first time I'm doing something that everyone sees what I'm doing. Our fanbase of The Supremes, they know what I'm doing because they come to all the shows around the world, this and that. But here in LA and in the States, a lot of times they don't because I'm not on TV. It's really difficult for people to know what you're doing. So Dancing With the Stars for me is really huge."
