Jimmy Fallon and Stephen Colbert Recreate the Stranger Things "NeverEnding Story" Duet

First Limahl, then the Stranger Things cast, now two stars of late night TV are testing their talents with "NeverEnding Story".

If you’ve caught the full Season 3 of the Netflix supernatural hit Stranger Things, you’ll know the classic ‘80s song, originally the theme for Wolfgang Petersen’s fantasy flick The NeverEnding Story, has a huge moment late in the series.

We won’t spoil it for you if you’ve not caught up, but you can catch Jimmy Fallon and Stephen Colbert hitting their own version, with old-school devices (it’s a thing).

For the record, the original was a hit in 1984 for Limahl, the one-time singer with British pop band Kajagoogoo (they had a No. 1 in the U.K. with 1983’s “Too Shy,” which for bonus points was co-produced by Duran Duran’s Nick Rhodes).

Watch Fallon and Colbert recreate their own Stranger Things moment on The Tonight Show below.
