Miley Cyrus beloved pet Bubba Sue has gone to piggy heaven.

“Very sad to say my dear beloved friend Pig Pig has passed away,” she writes in an Instagram Story, which accompanies a video of Miley laughing with her sow gobbling down on an apple core. “I will miss u always. Thank you for so many laughs and good times girl.”

Another post features a younger piglet earning a smooch from Miley and is captioned, “I will miss you Pig Pig” along with broken heart emoji.

The “Wrecking Ball” singer adopted the animal, nicknamed Pig Pig in August 2014, after the singer’s dog Floyd passed away. The following year, they appeared together in a famous (and controversial) cover for Paper magazine.

Miley last month released She Is Coming, the first of a three-EP set, each of which will contain six songs.
