Dixie Chicks Confirm New Album Is Coming

After a 13-year hiatus, Dixie Chicks have officially confirmed that a new album is on the way.

Natalie Maines, Emily Robison, Martie Maguire and their producer Jack Antonoff took to Instagram on Tuesday (June 25) to announce the news. Using the Snapchat baby filter, they reveal that the album is coming "someday."

The girl group has been teasing the album since last year, posting a series of photos in the studio with the Bleachers frontman. The new music will follow 2006's Taking the Long Way, which entered the Billboard 200 at No. 1 in June 2006. In February 2007, it won Grammys for album of the year and best country album.
