Johnny Depp and Alice Cooper of Hollywood Vampires perform in concert at Grona Lund on June 7, 2018 in Stockholm, Sweden.

Supergroups don’t come much more “super” than Hollywood Vampires

Led by Alice Cooper, Johnny Depp and Aerosmith's Joe Perry, the rockers stopped by Jimmy Kimmel Live, and rocked out with a handful of numbers.

With a new album Rise due out Friday (June 21), Depp took lead vocals as the band belted out a cover of David Bowie’s classic “Heroes.” For an added bonus, check out Cooper on guitar duties.

The band also delivered a rendition of “I Want My Now,” which will appear on their sophomore album alongside covers of  Jim Carroll Band's "People Who Died" and Johnny Thunders' "You Can't Put Your Arms Around a Memory" (sung by Perry).
