Beyonce performs on stage during "The Mrs. Carter Show World Tour" at the Barclays Center on Dec. 19, 2013 in New York.

Beyoncé is already Homecoming Queen, but she's fully embracing her next role as Queen of the Pride Lands in the upcoming update of The Lion King with one of her most regal looks yet.

The pop star will voice the part of Nala in the live-action remake of the Disney classic, and she posted a few portraits of her posing in a shimmering jumpsuit bearing the majestic face of the film's spirit animal early Sunday morning (June 2).

The outfit is royalty-worthy down to the last detail, from the gold sequined pattern of the suit to the resplendent cape and embroidered lion's face on the bodice with an extravagant mane made of feathers.

Beyoncé wasn't the only one in a Pride Rock-ready mood, though: daughter Blue Ivy got in on the fun, and lip-synced along with a recording of "Circle of Life," one of the most beloved songs from the film's soundtrack, on a brief car ride with her mom.

The Lion King roars into theaters on July 19.
