Kelly Clarkson performs during the opening night gala of the 2018 tennis US Open held at Arthur Ashe stadium of USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center on Aug. 27, 2018 in Flushing Meadows, New York City.

Kelly Clarkson has fans worldwide, but some serious critics in her own home.

"They do not care anymore. They're not impressed," Clarkson told ET at CinemaCon, referring to her children's reactions to her music, shows and television projects. She called out her 4-year-old daughter River Rose in particular.

"I wasn't singing full out because it's, like, three days in a row and then we have four days in a row for the show, so I was holding back," she said. "She was like, 'Mommy, you know when you're on stage and you were singing?' And I was like, 'Yeah, baby.' I was thinking like a compliment was about to come. She was like, 'Yeah, I was really bored.'"

However, her kids are also her main source of calm and happiness amidst her busy schedule. "I make this joke all the time, they're going to think that their mom likes to do nothing but watch movies because it's the only time when we get home. Either we're playing a game or watching a movie together because I'm so tired," she said with a laugh. "It's a lot, but it's good... I mean, you can't complain because you're going to do all these amazing things. Like, I'm doing The Voice, and I'm getting to do this TV show."

Besides her role as a judge on NBC's The Voice, the songstress is also preparing for the premiere of her own talk show and will star in the upcoming movie, UglyDolls.
