Michelle and I send our condolences to the people of New Zealand. We grieve with you and the Muslim community. All of us must stand against hatred in all its forms.— Barack Obama (@BarackObama) March 15, 2019
The killings in New Zealand are so horrific and heartbreaking. This white supremacist terrorist movement is so destructive here and abroad. We need to unite against it.— John Legend (@johnlegend) March 15, 2019

With all the daily obstacles we already face as humanity, when will we start to pay attention and realize that hate gets us nowhere?! Let’s try to be loyal to the human race. ❤️ The unnecessary taking of each other’s lives doesn’t get us anywhere. We mourn with you #NewZealand! pic.twitter.com/nGHwKXIWvL— MORGAN HERITAGE (@morganheritage) March 15, 2019
We don't back down in the face of Islamophobia and racism at home or abroad. We stand up, stand together and make it clear that terrorism won't be met with indifference but with action that honors our diversity as the people of the world. Thinking of our friends in New Zealand.— Beto O'Rourke (@BetoORourke) March 15, 2019
